Reservation Policy:
We accept reservations without an additional fee, requesting they be made only if you plan to visit Flour and Spoon.
Payment Terms:
All major forms of payment are accepted without any service charge.
Menu and Pricing:
Our menu is seasonally updated, and prices may change. Updated prices will be available in-store.
Takeout and Dining In Policies:
Takeout orders have no specific rules but responsible recycling is encouraged. No dress code for dining in; well-behaved dogs and children are welcome. Reserved tables are held for 15 minutes, and dining time is limited to 90 minutes.
Refund and Allergies:
Refunds are case-by-case. Notify us of allergies for a safe dining experience.
Privacy Policy:
Customer data is securely handled. We don't store payment details. Our website uses cookies for analytics only, and we don't share information.
Alcohol Policy:
Challenge 25 policy for alcohol sales. Only alcohol from Flour and Spoon can be consumed on the premises.

Baking Classes Terms and Conditions
Age Requirements:
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult participating in the workshop. Disruptive behavior may result in removal.
Health & Safety:
Wear flat, non-slip shoes and covered toes. No liability for clothing damage. Do not attend if unwell. Cover open wounds.
Special Dietary Requirements & Food Allergies:
Course content isn't tailored for dietary needs. Vegetarian options available. Inform us of allergies, disabilities, etc., in advance.
Lateness:
Arrive promptly; latecomers may not join or receive a refund. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Delivery, Workshops & Gift Vouchers:
Confirmation and gift vouchers will be sent via email. Flour and Spoon is not liable for personal possessions. Course materials are for personal use only.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be in writing. Refunds available up to two months before the course with an administration charge. No refund or reschedule within two months.
Travel Insurance:
We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances preventing course attendance.
Gift Vouchers:
Refunds, exchanges, or cash conversions for gift vouchers are not available. Vouchers are transferable and valid for one year.
Cancellations by Flour and Spoon:
We may cancel a course, offering a transfer or replacement vouchers. We're not liable for third-party costs.
Refunds:
No refund if you fail to attend. Refunds made to the initial payment source.
Privacy Policy:
We don't store credit card details or share customer details with third parties.
