Our Saturday Sourdough Pizza Nights have become the highlight of long summer evenings in Leigh on Sea, whatever they are enjoyed at our Leigh on Sea branch or in the comfort of your garden!
We will sort your Friday Night with 4x pizzas of your choice, 4x deserts, a bottle of wine or Jeremy Clarkson`s famous Hawkstone ciders (4x non alcoholic drinks)
You give us the date & time and we will even DELIVER DIRECTLY TO YOUR DOOR! (Southend postcodes only)
Flour and Spoon is asking all of you lovely people to help raise 25k to be able to purchase a bigger mixer which will allow us to have a higher, more efficient operation in place. To be able to connect such a high-power mixer we will also need to connect a 3-phase power network.
The demand in our community for our ‘real sourdough’ has increased dramatically over the years since we opened our very first site in Leigh-On-Sea.
Our award-winning sourdough is sold within a few hours as it’s taken out of the ovens and we are unable to meet the high demand at this moment.
With a 250l mixer we could easily meet the demand for not only our customers but also for our wholesale businesses and spread the sourdough love. It will enable us to bring real sourdough to our local community, take on more wholesale custom and help in opening our new site in Rayleigh!

You purchase a voucher of your choice, and we will send you an email confirmation of your order.
